Role Description The Research and Development Scientist will be responsible for designing, planning, and executing laboratory experiments to develop and optimize pharmaceutical formulations and processes. Day-to-day tasks include conducting chemical and analytical studies, documenting experimental procedures and results, and ensuring compliance with Good Manufacturing Practice (GMP) and internal quality standards. The role involves collaborating with cross-functional teams such as quality assurance, production, and regulatory affairs to support scale-up, validation, and technology transfer activities.





The Scientist will also monitor industry trends and scientific literature to propose innovative approaches that enhance product efficacy and manufacturing efficiency. This is a full-time, on-site role based in Anklesvar.

Qualifications

- Strong Research and Development (R&D;) and Research skills, with the ability to design experiments and interpret scientific data.
- Proficiency in Laboratory Skills, including handling lab equipment, conducting tests, and maintaining accurate records.
- Solid foundation in Chemistry, particularly in pharmaceutical or medicinal chemistry concepts.
- Knowledge of Good Manufacturing Practice (GMP) and familiarity with regulatory and quality requirements in pharmaceutical manufacturing.
- Relevant academic background such as a bachelor’s or master’s degree in Pharmacy, Chemistry, Pharmaceutical Sciences, or a related field.
- Experience in formulation development, API or FDF development, or related pharmaceutical R&D; activities is highly beneficial.
- Ability to work collaboratively in cross-functional teams, with strong communication and problem-solving skills.
- Attention to detail, adherence to safety protocols, and capability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced setting.
