Roles and Responsibilities :

- Manage renewals of insurance policies for clients.

- Identify potential issues with subscriptions and take proactive steps to resolve them before they impact client relationships.

- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure timely resolution of debts and maintain a high level of customer satisfaction.

- Analyze data using tools like bucket analysis to identify trends and areas for improvement in collections.

Job Requirements :

- 0-4 years of experience in credit collection, debt collection, or related field.

- Solid understanding of Hindi language (written & spoken).

- Proficiency in managing multiple tasks simultaneously while meeting deadlines.

- Experience with subscription renewals, loan recoveries, and payment recoveries.
