Role Description The Renewal Specialist is a full-time, on-site role based in Hyderabad, responsible for managing and executing policy renewals across life and general insurance products. The role involves tracking upcoming renewals, preparing quotations, coordinating with insurers, and ensuring timely policy issuance and documentation.

The Renewal

Specialist will regularly communicate with clients to explain coverage, address queries, and promote appropriate renewal options that support customer retention and satisfaction.



Daily activities include maintaining accurate records in internal systems, analyzing renewal data and trends, and collaborating with the sales and service teams to resolve issues promptly. The role also includes following regulatory and internal compliance guidelines while contributing to process improvements and service quality.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess robust Customer Retention and Customer Satisfaction skills to maintain long-term relationships and improve renewal rates.
- Candidates should possess solid Analytical Skills and Renewals experience to review policies, compare options, and make data-driven recommendations.
- Candidates should possess excellent Communication skills, both written and verbal, to interact effectively with clients, insurers, and internal teams.
- Practical knowledge of life and general insurance products, policy terms, and regulatory guidelines is highly beneficial.
- Relevant experience in insurance broking, underwriting, or customer service within financial services is preferred.
- Proficiency in MS Office and insurance CRM or policy management systems is an advantage.
- Ability to work accurately under deadlines, with strong attention to detail and a customer-centric approach.
- Graduate degree in any discipline; insurance-related certifications (such as broker or agent licenses) are a plus.
