Role Description The Relationship Specialist is a full-time, on-site role based in the Greater Delhi Area. This role involves managing and nurturing relationships with users, partners, and stakeholders to enhance trust and engagement with SattvaLok’s products and services. Day-to-day responsibilities include understanding user needs, providing timely support, and ensuring a respectful, empathetic, and solution-oriented experience.

The Relationship

Specialist will coordinate with internal teams to resolve issues, communicate feedback, and contribute to the continuous improvement of offerings.



The role also includes assisting with basic financial queries related to subscriptions or services, preparing relationship reports, and supporting outreach initiatives that strengthen long-term partnerships.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess strong Business Relationship Management and Relationship Building skills to foster long-term partnerships and user trust.
- Candidates should possess solid Customer Service skills to handle inquiries, resolve concerns, and provide a positive user experience.
- Candidates should possess explicit and empathetic Communication skills to engage with diverse stakeholders and convey information effectively.
- Candidates should possess fundamental Finance understanding to support basic billing, subscription, and account-related discussions.
- Relevant qualifications such as a bachelor’s degree in Business, Communications, Psychology, or a related field are beneficial.
- Experience in client-facing or user-focused roles, preferably in technology, services, or faith-based organizations, is an advantage.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment, with strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
- Comfort and sensitivity in engaging with faith-related topics across diverse backgrounds while maintaining neutrality and respect.
