Role Description The Relationship Officer is a full-time, on-site role based in Bhimavaram, focused on managing and growing customer relationships for Aditya Birla Capital. In this role, the individual will engage with existing and prospective customers, understand their financial needs, and recommend suitable products and services.

The Relationship

Officer will handle customer queries, provide service support, and ensure a positive customer experience at every interaction. Daily responsibilities include meeting sales and relationship targets,



coordinating with internal teams to resolve issues, and maintaining accurate records of customer interactions and transactions. The role requires regular follow-ups, market awareness, and proactive outreach to strengthen customer loyalty and drive business growth.

Qualifications

- Strong Business Relationship Management skills to build, maintain, and deepen client relationships.
- Foundational knowledge of Finance to understand and explain relevant financial products and solutions.
- Effective Communication skills, both verbal and written, to interact clearly and professionally with customers and colleagues.
- Proven Customer Service abilities to handle inquiries, resolve issues promptly, and enhance customer satisfaction.
- Sales skills to identify opportunities, achieve assigned targets, and support business growth.
- Relevant educational background in Business, Finance, Commerce, or a related field.
- Ability to work on-site in Bhimavaram, manage multiple tasks, and meet timelines in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in basic computer applications and comfort with digital tools used for customer and sales management.
- Prior experience in financial services or banking relationship roles is an advantage.
