About the Role

We are looking for a Relationship Manager to join our real estate sales team in Mumbai.

The role involves handling property enquiries, understanding customer requirements, recommending suitable projects, conducting follow-ups and coordinating site visits.

Key Responsibilities

- Handle inbound property leads and speak with prospective homebuyers.
- Understand customer requirements such as location, budget and configuration.
- Recommend suitable residential projects based on customer requirements.
- Follow up with prospects through calls and WhatsApp.
- Coordinate and assist customers with property site visits.
- Maintain accurate lead and follow-up information in the CRM.




- Coordinate with builders and internal teams to support the sales process.
- Build robust customer relationships and work towards successful bookings.

Requirements

- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Comfortable speaking with customers over phone and WhatsApp.
- Sales or customer relationship experience is preferred.
- Real estate experience is an advantage but not mandatory.
- Basic knowledge of Mumbai real estate is an advantage.
- Comfortable working with CRM and basic computer tools.
- Willingness to travel within Mumbai for customer meetings and site visits.
- Freshers with strong communication and a sales-oriented attitude may also apply.
