Role Description The Relationship Manager is a full time, on-site role based in Jodhpur. This position is responsible for managing and growing client relationships by understanding investor goals, recommending suitable investment solutions, and ensuring a high-quality client experience. Day-to-day activities include conducting client meetings, explaining product offerings, handling queries, and coordinating with internal teams to execute transactions and resolve issues.

The Relationship

Manager will monitor client portfolios, provide regular updates, and proactively identify opportunities to deepen engagement through cross-selling and upselling. The role also involves maintaining accurate records, adhering to compliance standards, and contributing feedback to improve products and processes.

Qualifications

- Strong client relationship management, customer service,



and interpersonal communication skills.
- Solid knowledge of financial markets, investment products (mutual funds, equities, alternative assets), and wealth management concepts.
- Ability to conduct needs-based financial conversations, provide clear explanations of risks and returns, and support informed decision-making.
- Proficiency in using CRM tools, digital investment platforms, and basic office software for documentation and reporting.
- Effective sales and negotiation abilities, including prospecting, closing, and nurturing long-term client relationships.
- Excellent spoken and written communication in English; proficiency in relevant local languages is an advantage.
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business, Economics, or a related field; relevant certifications (e.g., NISM, mutual fund advisory) are preferred.
- High level of integrity, attention to detail, and commitment to regulatory compliance and ethical standards.
- Prior experience in wealth management, retail investing, or financial advisory is highly beneficial.
