Key Responsibilities
- Drive Corporate Business Development through recent customer acquisition and growth of existing business.
- Manage and monitor Relationship Manager productivity, including business volumes, number of files, cross-selling, housekeeping, and portfolio quality.
- Manage the Corporate Client Portfolio, including timely renewals, enhancements, trade finance, forex transactions, and day-to-day banking requirements.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with corporate clients,
counterpart bankers, and business consultants to identify and generate new business opportunities.
- Monitor high-value advances, repayments, and portfolio quality to control delinquency and NPA accretion.
- Drive business profitability, CASA/float balances, deposits, lending, and cross-selling across the corporate portfolio.
- Understand customer requirements and develop customised banking solutions and structured transactions based on business needs.
- Prepare and review financial analysis, CREPIA, internal credit notes, and loan proposals for obtaining necessary approvals.
- Support customers with loans, working capital facilities, fixed deposits, forex remittances, current account operations, trade finance, and other banking requirements.
- Ensure customer transactions are completed within defined TAT, with proper coordination and without discrepancies.
- Coordinate with overseas branches and internal teams for ECB/BC principal and interest repayments.
- Ensure timely follow-up and fulfilment of statutory and regulatory requirements including Stock Statements, Unhedged Foreign Currency, ECB Returns, ODI, and other applicable requirements.
