Agency Relationship manager ti Drive Retail agency business in all LOB and Recruit recent Agents every month to build the business in hi Location .

To Achieve KRA assign to him .

Responsibilities

Responsibilities as an relationship manager to recruit Every month 3 Agents 2 POSP and 1 IRDA or 2 IRDA 1 POSP agent .

Activate all recruited agent month on month and achieve monthly budget of 20 Lac Premium.

Health, Motor and Non motor product mix is requirement.

In first 3-month recruitment will be the focus area to build Agent team and achieve monthly budget,

15 Activation.

8 Health

1 Pet

10 cyber

20 Lac GWP is budget every month

Rolles and responsibility to learn all business-related portal , train the agents.

Qualifications

Minimum Graduate .
