Role Description The Registered Nurse role at Healing Hands Clinic is a full-time, on-site position based in Hyderabad. The nurse will provide direct patient care, including assessing patient health status, monitoring vital signs, administering medications, and assisting with procedures related to colorectal and lifestyle disease management.

Responsibilities include preparing patients for examinations, supporting physicians during consultations, maintaining accurate medical records, and ensuring adherence to clinic protocols and infection control standards. The role also involves educating patients and families about treatment plans, post-procedure care, and lifestyle modifications,



while collaborating with the multidisciplinary team to deliver safe, high-quality care. The nurse is expected to participate in quality improvement initiatives and contribute to a patient-centered, respectful clinical environment.

Qualifications

- Valid Registered Nurse (RN) license and completion of an accredited nursing program (Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Nursing).

- Experience in clinical or hospital settings, preferably in gastroenterology, colorectal care, or surgical clinics.

- Strong patient assessment, medication administration, and clinical documentation skills.

- Knowledge of infection control, patient safety standards, and basic emergency response protocols.

- Effective communication and interpersonal skills for patient education and team collaboration.

- Ability to work in a fast-paced clinical setting, manage multiple priorities, and follow established procedures accurately.

- Comfort with using electronic health records and basic computer applications.

- Commitment to ethical, non-discriminatory patient care and a compassionate, professional bedside manner.

- Flexibility to work clinic hours, including weekends or extended shifts if required.

- Prior experience in ISO-certified or quality-focused healthcare organizations is an added advantage.
