Key Responsibilities

- Provide professional nursing care to patients at home.
- Monitor and record vital signs including BP, pulse, temperature and SpO₂.
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed and within scope of practice.
- Provide post-operative and post-hospitalisation nursing care.
- Assist with wound care, dressing and infection-control practices.
- Provide bedside nursing and continuous patient monitoring when required.
- Care for patients with feeding tubes, urinary catheters, IV lines and other medical devices according to clinical instructions.
- Assist with patient positioning, mobility and safe transfers.
- Support elderly, bedridden and dependent patients with daily care needs.
- Observe changes in patient condition and promptly report concerns.
- Maintain accurate nursing documentation and patient care records.
- Coordinate with doctors, family members and the VCare@Home care team.
- Follow clinical protocols, patient safety and infection-control standards.
- Maintain professionalism, confidentiality and compassionate patient care.

Eligibility

- GNM / B.Sc. Nursing or recognised nursing qualification.
- Valid nursing registration as applicable.
- Freshers and experienced Registered Nurses can apply.
- Good clinical knowledge and communication skills.
- Compassionate, responsible and patient-focused approach.
- Willingness to work in a home healthcare environment.
