Job Responsibilities:

1. Strategic Planning: Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve company goals within the assigned territory.

2. Team Leadership: Lead and manage a team of sales professionals, providing guidance, coaching, and support to ensure achievement of sales targets.

3. Market Analysis: Conduct in-depth market analysis to identify growth opportunities, trends, and competitor activities. Use insights to shape sales strategies.

4. Relationship Building: Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders including healthcare professionals, hospitals, clinics, distributors, and relevant authorities across the region.

5. Sales Forecasting: Forecast sales volumes, revenue targets, and expenses accurately. Monitor performance and take corrective actions when required.

6. Product Promotion: Plan and execute promotional activities, events, and campaigns to increase product awareness and drive sales.

7. Customer Support: Ensure excellent customer service for existing and potential clients by addressing queries and concerns promptly.
