Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced Regional Sales Manager - North to lead retail sales responsibilities for a growing business or client assignment.

Responsibilities

- The role will own performance across the assigned market, working with local teams, partners and key customers while maintaining strong commercial discipline.
- The person will be expected to translate business objectives into practical plans, review performance through transparent metrics, coach team members, manage internal and external stakeholders and step in to resolve issues when priorities change.
- Depending on the assignment, the role may involve revenue ownership, key accounts, vendor or partner management, budgeting, process improvement and regular management reporting.
- We are looking for someone who has handled similar responsibilities in a structured organisation, communicates confidently and is comfortable balancing commercial goals with customer experience and team development.

Requirements

- The role is based in Delhi NCR / North India and requires 9-14 years of relevant experience.
