As an Area Sales Manager (ASM) , you will be responsible for building and scaling a robust multi-tier distribution network within your assigned territory. Your core focus will be to appoint and manage distribution partners, drive retail penetration, and consistently achieve both primary and secondary sales .

You will oversee field operations, manage channel hygiene, and lead a high-performing sales team to ensure sustainable business growth and market leadership.

Partners as per plan and ensure retail coverage # Manage the Distributor Sales Officers as per Company Norms and Extract desired productivity # Build lasting equation with key retail outlets and create brand visibility and presence across the territory # Ensure Profitabilty and Health of Distribution Channel Partners and help them to achieve business Profitability. We are looking for people with 5+ years expereince in Pure FMCG Sales and Distribution Management functions. # He/She Must possess Excellent communication skills in their Local/Regional Language and basic English language skills and should be moderately tech savvy with an entreprenurial mindset and Willingness to extensively travel across the assigned territory. # People who are willing to work on a Zero Fixed pay & Ultra High performance oriented pay package with unlimited Monthly Earning Potential need apply. # Since we do not keep any age limit for the role, people with higher age and years of experience can also apply for the role
