Prodoc AI is Looking for:**** Prodoc.ai is a HealthTech company focused on AI-powered patient engagement, care discovery, and care journey enhancement. We are looking for an experienced Regional Sales Manager (RSM) to own regional revenue growth through consultative B2B SaaS sales to hospitals, super-specialty hospitals, and clinics.
Role Overview The RSM will manage the complete enterprise sales cycle — from territory planning, prospecting, and stakeholder mapping through solution discovery, demonstrations, proposals, negotiation, closure, and handover for implementation.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute a territory sales plan aligned with company revenue objectives
- Own monthly, quarterly, and annual revenue/ARR targets and build a predictable pipeline to achieve them
- Build qualified pipeline through targeted prospecting, referrals, networking, field activity, and account mapping
- Own end-to-end enterprise sales cycles and consistently convert qualified opportunities into new logos
- Build relationships with hospital promoters/owners, CXOs, hospital administrators, operations leaders, and IT/digital teams
- Conduct high-quality discovery meetings, presentations, and product demonstrations
- Prepare proposals, commercial discussions, and negotiations and drive opportunities toward closure
- Maintain accurate CRM records for activities, opportunities, stages, next steps, and forecasts
- Track healthcare SaaS trends, competitor activity, and share actionable market intelligence with internal teams
- Collaborate closely with Product, Marketing,
Customer Success, and Leadership teams
Must Haves
- B2B enterprise SaaS sales experience
- 6–10 years of total relevant B2B sales experience (hard ceiling both ways)
- Experience selling in the domestic Indian market — not US or international markets
- Robust experience selling SaaS or HealthTech products to Indian enterprise clients
- Currently employed with no employment gap exceeding 1 month
Good to Haves
- Existing regional network with hospital CXOs, administrators, or procurement heads in Delhi NCR
- CRM proficiency — Salesforce, Zoho CRM, or MS Dynamics
Compensation & Logistics
- CTC up to ₹17 LPA (fixed + variable); structure includes fixed salary, capped monthly incentive, uncapped quarterly incentive (1.5% on total sales), annual bonus, and travel allowance
- ESOPs possible for high-calibre hires at management discretion
- Remote role with intensive daily field travel within assigned region
- Priority location: Delhi NCR; secondary: Mumbai and Hyderabad
- Notice period: Immediate preferred; maximum 30 days; no buyout available
