Role : Regional Lead -Speciality Lab Solution

10+ Diagnostics IVD experience is must

We are seeking an experienced and result-oriented professional to lead the Specialty Lab

Solutions (SLS) portfolio, including Hematology Analysers, Nephelometers, and related specialty diagnostic solutions. The role focuses on business development, technical and value-based selling, customer engagement, market expansion, and supporting sales teams to drive sustainable business growth.

Key Responsibilities

- Drive sales growth, market penetration, and new business development for the SLS portfolio.
- Deliver technical presentations, solution demonstrations, and value-selling discussions.
- Build and manage relationships with clinicians, laboratory heads, KOLs, and key customers.
- Plan and execute CMEs, workshops, and scientific engagement activities.
- Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, Service,



and Application teams to support strategic accounts and customer retention.
- Provide market intelligence, competitor insights, and customer feedback to management.

Experience & Qualifications
- 10–15 years of experience in Diagnostics/Healthcare industry.
- Strong expertise in specialty diagnostic products, particularly Hematology Analysers and related solutions.
- Experience with multinational healthcare/diagnostic organizations preferred.
- Bachelor’s degree in Life Sciences, Biotechnology, or related field; MBA/M.Sc. would be added advantage.
