Key Responsibilities

Manage regional 102/108 ambulance operations and field teams.

Monitor fleet, vehicle maintenance, uptime & performance.

Handle team performance, vendors and operational issues.

Coordinate with government departments and officials.

Ensure KPI achievement and SLA compliance.

Prepare operational MIS/reports and manage escalations.

Key Skills: Operations Management, Fleet Management, Team Leadership, Vendor Management, Government Liaison & Communication.
