- Underwriting of Home Loans/Home Equity proposals recommended by ACMs beyond their delegation of powers
- Ensure compliance of the Policy, Processes and Statutory guidelines for their zone
- Maintaining the highest standard on the quality of appraisals
- Will also be responsible for performance of the portfolio of their zone
- Regular meetings and engagements with customers and vendors at their business premises
Preferred candidate profile
- Chartered Accountant Qualified / Tiered MBA with extensive experience underwriting Mortgage
- Experienced handling high volume & big ticket size
