- Manage and oversee multiple real estate, industrial, commercial, and interior fit-out projects across the region.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, consultants, contractors, and internal stakeholders.
- Act as the first level of escalation for clients after the Project Manager.
- Lead critical project review meetings and represent the organization in discussions with senior client representatives.
- Provide guidance and support to Project Managers and site teams on project execution, resources, quality, safety, schedule, and cost.
- Identify unresolved site-level issues and facilitate appropriate interventions and resolutions.
- Monitor overall project performance and ensure compliance with organizational standards and governance processes.

Required Qualifications & Experience




- 15+ years of experience in project management, client management, or related roles.
- Proven experience managing real estate, industrial, commercial, or interior fit-out projects.
- Strong technical understanding of construction project management, including:

- Civil

- MEP
- Interior Fit-Out

- Construction execution

- Project operations
- Proven experience managing multiple client accounts and projects simultaneously.
- Strong experience in senior-level stakeholder and client management.
- Valuable understanding of contract administration, risk management, change management, and governance
