Electrical / Refrigeration Technician

Experience: 1–2 Years

Qualification: ITI / Diploma in Electrical, Refrigeration & Air Conditioning, or related field.

Job Responsibilities

- Install, inspect, maintain, and repair electrical and refrigeration equipment.
- Diagnose electrical, cooling, and mechanical faults and carry out necessary repairs.
- Perform preventive and corrective maintenance of equipment.
- Handle electrical wiring, control panels, motors, compressors, relays, sensors, and related components.
- Check refrigeration systems, including compressors, condensers, evaporators, thermostats, and refrigerant circuits.
- Use electrical and technical testing instruments safely and correctly.
- Maintain service records, maintenance reports, and spare-parts requirements.
- Follow safety procedures and company maintenance standards.
- Attend breakdown calls and complete troubleshooting within the required time.




- Coordinate with supervisors and other technical team members when required.

Required Skills
- Basic knowledge of electrical systems and refrigeration/HVAC equipment.
- Good troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to read basic electrical wiring diagrams.
- Knowledge of using tools and testing equipment.
- Willingness to work on-site and handle maintenance/breakdown activities.
- Good communication and teamwork skills.

Experience: Candidates with 1–2 years of hands-on experience in electrical, refrigeration, HVAC, or equipment maintenance will be preferred. Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹26,000.00 per month
