About the Role

We are looking for a creative and hands-on Reel Maker to join our team and create engaging short-form video content for our clients. The role involves planning, shooting, editing, and delivering reels and short videos for brands across different industries.

Key Responsibilities

- Visit client locations to shoot reels, videos, and social media content
- Understand client requirements and create content around their brand and objectives
- Plan reel concepts, hooks, shots, and storylines
- Shoot content using mobile phones or cameras
- Edit reels with captions, transitions, music, effects, and suitable pacing
- Follow current social media trends and identify relevant reel formats
- Deliver high-quality, platform-ready content within timelines
- Work closely with the content, social media, and marketing teams
- Maintain consistency in visual quality and brand guidelines

Requirements

- Good understanding of Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts,



and short-form content
- Hands-on experience with video shooting and editing
- Knowledge of tools such as CapCut, Adobe Premiere Pro, VN, InShot, or similar
- Basic understanding of framing, lighting, composition, and camera/mobile shooting
- Good sense of storytelling, trends, music, and visual aesthetics
- Willingness to travel to client locations for shoots
- Ability to manage multiple client requirements and meet deadlines

Preferred Skills

- Previous experience working with brands, agencies, or social media accounts
- Ability to confidently shoot doctor-led, product, service, lifestyle, event, and promotional content
- Basic knowledge of photography and graphic design
- Creative approach to developing current reel concepts
- Portfolio of reels or short-form videos
