Job Summary

We are looking for a Redevelopment Project Coordinator to support and coordinate our Society Redevelopment Projects. The candidate should have practical knowledge of redevelopment tender processes and strong coordination skills.

Key Responsibilities

- Coordinate Society Redevelopment Projects and tender-related activities.
- Assist in preparing and compiling Tender, RFP, EOI and project documents.
- Coordinate with Society Members, PMC, Architect, Legal Consultants and Developers.
- Follow up with consultants and developers for required documents and information.
- Assist in preparing comparative statements and developer proposals.
- Coordinate meetings, presentations and site visits.
- Maintain project records, correspondence and documentation.
- Follow up on project approvals and statutory requirements.




- Assist management in day-to-day redevelopment project coordination.

Required Skills

- Experience in Real Estate / Redevelopment / PMC / Tender Coordination.
- Knowledge of Society Redevelopment Tender Process.
- Basic knowledge of RERA and Maharashtra redevelopment procedures.
- Positive communication and coordination skills.
- Good knowledge of MS Word and MS Excel.
- Ability to follow up with multiple consultants and stakeholders.

Preferred Candidate Candidates with previous experience in Co-operative Housing Society Redevelopment Projects will be preferred.

Pay: ₹25,891.13 - ₹32,525.25 per month
