About the Role

We are looking for an experienced Recruitment Specialist to manage end-to-end recruitment across both technical and non-technical roles. The role involves working closely with stakeholders, sourcing candidates through multiple recruitment portals, and handling hiring for senior-level positions.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, from sourcing and screening to interview coordination, offer management, and closure.
- Source candidates through multiple recruitment portals and channels.
- Handle recruitment for both technical and non-technical roles across different functions.
- Manage hiring for senior and critical positions.
- Partner closely with internal stakeholders and hiring managers to understand role requirements and hiring priorities.
- Drive effective stakeholder management throughout the recruitment process.
- Build and maintain a strong candidate pipeline for current and upcoming requirements.




- Conduct candidate screening and evaluate candidates based on role requirements and organizational fit.
- Coordinate interviews and ensure a smooth candidate experience throughout the hiring process.
- Track recruitment progress and maintain accurate candidate and hiring data.
- Work towards meeting hiring timelines and ensuring positions are closed efficiently.

What We're Looking For

- 3+ years of experience in recruitment or talent acquisition.
- Solid experience in end-to-end recruitment.
- Experience using multiple recruitment portals for sourcing.
- Proven experience hiring for both technical and non-technical roles.
- Experience handling senior-level positions.
- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple requirements simultaneously and work in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong ownership of the recruitment lifecycle, from requirement understanding to successful closure.
