Key Responsibilities:
- Source and screen candidates for non-IT positions.
- Manage end-to-end recruitment, from sourcing to joining.
- Coordinate interviews with candidates and clients/hiring managers.
- Use job portals, LinkedIn, referrals, and other sourcing channels.
- Maintain candidate records and recruitment reports.
- Follow up with candidates throughout the hiring process.
Requirements:
- 1–3 years of recruitment experience, preferably in non-IT hiring.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Robust sourcing and candidate-handling skills.
- Ability to work with targets and meet hiring deadlines.
- Graduate in any discipline.
