We are looking for a proactive and target-driven HR Recruiter to manage the end-to-end recruitment process. The person will be responsible for sourcing quality candidates, conducting initial screening, coordinating interviews, closing candidates, and ensuring successful joining.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage end-to-end recruitment for multiple roles across the organization.
- Source candidates through LinkedIn, Naukri, job portals, referrals, social media, and other channels .
- Screen resumes and conduct initial telephonic/video interviews.
- Understand candidate skills, experience, expectations, and suitability for the role.
- Coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers.
- Maintain an active pipeline of qualified candidates for current and upcoming requirements.
- Follow up consistently with candidates through the selection and joining process.
- Negotiate salary, joining dates, and other relevant terms within approved guidelines.
- Drive offer-to-joining conversion and minimize candidate drop-offs.
- Complete recruitment documentation and support onboarding.




- Maintain accurate recruitment trackers, candidate databases, and weekly/monthly MIS reports.
- Work closely with managers to understand manpower requirements and hiring timelines.
- Meet agreed hiring targets and turnaround times (TAT) .

Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 2–3 years of hands-on recruitment experience.
- Strong experience with job portals and LinkedIn sourcing.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong follow-up and candidate relationship-management skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple vacancies simultaneously.
- Target-oriented with strong ownership and execution skills.
- Good working knowledge of Excel/Google Sheets and recruitment trackers.

Ideal Candidate Someone who is robust at sourcing, interviewing, convincing candidates, and closing positions , rather than someone focused only on HR administration.
