Recruitment Specialist

Job Responsibilities

- Proactively identify, source, organize, and engage high-quality candidates through Naukri job portal, LinkedIn, Indeed, skilled networks, referrals, databases and other recruitment channels as applicable to build a strong talent pipeline for current and future hiring needs.
- Manage the end-to-end recruitment lifecycle for assigned vacancies, including candidate sourcing, screening, initial interviews, selection, and offer coordination, in alignment with the requirements and direction of the Department Head.
- Collaborate closely with hiring managers to understand role requirements, team needs, and ideal candidate profiles, while coordinating interviews and ensuring clear, timely communication with candidates throughout the recruitment process.
- Maintain an active and organized candidate pipeline for current and future hiring needs.
- Prepare and manage offer documentation in coordination with HR and relevant stakeholders.
- Ensure candidates receive a professional and positive recruitment experience.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date recruitment records and dashboards.




- Track recruitment metrics, including time-to-hire, source effectiveness, candidate pipeline, and recruitment activity.

Requirements

- A minimum of Bachelor’s degree in human resources, Business Administration, or a related field while Masters in HR will be preferred.
- At least 6 years of experience in recruitment, talent acquisition, or a similar role.
- Strong candidate-sourcing and headhunting capabilities.
- Hands-on experience with full-cycle recruitment and candidate sourcing.
- Experience using Naukri Portal, LinkedIn, Indeed, and other recruitment tools.
- Excellent organizational and time-management abilities.
- Ability to manage multiple vacancies and priorities simultaneously.
- Professional communication skills with the ability to interact effectively with candidates and stakeholders at different levels.
- Good knowledge of recruitment best practices and applicable employment regulations.
- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team.
