Role Description The Recruitment Officer is responsible for managing end-to-end hiring activities to support client manpower needs across multiple Gulf industries such as Oil and gas, Construction, MEP, Catering etc. This full time, on-site role based in Chennai involves sourcing candidates through various channels, screening resumes, coordinating and conducting interviews, and supporting clients with timely and accurate candidate shortlists.

The role includes drafting clear and targeted job descriptions, maintaining candidate databases,



and aligning recruitment efforts with client requirements and timelines.

The Recruitment

Officer will also collaborate with internal teams and client representatives, provide regular updates on hiring progress, and ensure a professional candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess strong Recruiting and Hiring skills, including experience managing end-to-end recruitment cycles in Oil and Gas , Civil Construction, MEP, Catering , other major gulf recruitment industries
- Candidates should possess Interviewing skills and Development capabilities to assess fit and define role requirements clearly.
- Candidates should possess excellent Interpersonal Skills to communicate effectively with candidates, clients, and internal stakeholders.
- Experience in recruitment for Gulf countries or international placements is highly beneficial.
- Familiarity with applicant tracking systems, job portals, and sourcing tools is preferred.
- Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple roles simultaneously.
- Diploma or bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field is an advantage.
- Proficiency in MS Excel ; Ability to speak Hindi are a plus.
