We are looking for an experienced Recruitment Manager to lead our talent acquisition efforts. The role involves developing hiring strategies, sourcing top talent, and ensuring a smooth recruitment process to meet business needs.

Key Responsibilities

· Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies.

· Source, screen, and shortlist qualified candidates.

· Manage the end-to-end hiring process, including interviews and offer negotiations.

· Collaborate with department heads to identify staffing needs.

· Maintain talent pipelines and enhance employer branding.

Qualifications and Skills

· Location: Chennai (Candidates from Chennai region only need to apply)

· Qualification: Bachelor's/Master’s degree in HR or related field

· Experience: 2+ years in recruitment (NBFC/Financial sector preferred)

· Age preference: 24-30 years

· Languages: English & Tamil

Job Type: Full time

Pay: ₹400,000.00 - ₹600,000.00 per year
