- Team Lead: 5+ years of recruitment experience with team-handling exposure
Skills:
- Hands-on experience with job portals and modern sourcing tools
- Solid communication, negotiation, and coordination skills
- Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
- Prior experience with a recruitment consultancy or staffing firm is preferred
