Job Summary

Guardian Angel Homecare Pvt. Ltd. is looking for an experienced and target-oriented Recruitment Manager to lead our recruitment function.

The ideal candidate will have strong experience in bulk recruitment, healthcare recruitment, caregiver recruitment, nursing recruitment and recruitment team management. The candidate will be responsible for achieving recruitment targets, building candidate pipelines and ensuring timely manpower fulfillment across our operations.

Key Responsibilities

- Lead and manage the overall recruitment function.

- Develop and implement monthly recruitment plans and strategies.

- Manage bulk recruitment of caregivers for home healthcare requirements.

- Manage recruitment of Staff Nurses and other healthcare professionals.

- Set and monitor daily, weekly and monthly recruitment targets.

- Lead, train and monitor recruiters and tele callers.

- Monitor recruiter-wise performance and productivity.

- Develop candidate pipelines through job portals, social media, referrals, recruitment drives, institutions and other sourcing channels.

- Manage recruitment campaigns through Indeed, Meta, Google, WhatsApp and other digital platforms.

- Coordinate with branch managers and operations teams regarding manpower requirements.

- Monitor the complete recruitment funnel from lead generation to joining and deployment.

- Reduce candidate dropouts and improve selection-to-joining conversion.

- Track recruitment KPIs including sourcing, screening,



selection, joining, deployment and cost per hire.

- Prepare daily, weekly and monthly recruitment MIS reports.

- Analyses recruitment source performance and improve recruitment ROI.

- Ensure accurate and timely updating of candidate information in the ATS/HRMS.

- Conduct recruitment drives, walk-in interviews and other hiring activities when required.

- Ensure urgent manpower requirements are fulfilled within the required timeline.

Requirements

- Bachelor's degree

- 5–8 years of recruitment experience.

- Experience in bulk/volume recruitment is highly preferred.

- Healthcare, homecare, hospital or staffing recruitment experience will be an advantage.

- Experience in caregiver and nursing recruitment will be preferred.

- Previous experience managing a recruitment team is preferred.

- Strong knowledge of job portals and digital recruitment.

- Experience with ATS/HRMS platforms is an advantage.

- Strong communication, negotiation and candidate counseling skills.

- Strong follow-up and coordination skills.

- Ability to work with recruitment targets and deadlines.

- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.

- Willingness to travel for recruitment drives when required.
