AcadHire is looking for a proactive and target oriented Recruitment Associate to join our growing team.
? Location: South Delhi | In person? CTC: ₹3 LPA
Key Responsibilities
- Handle end to end recruitment, from sourcing and screening to interview coordination and closure• Conduct candidate calling, follow ups and screening
- Source candidates through LinkedIn, Boolean searches and other channels
- Identify and reach out to potential school clients through calling, LinkedIn and other channels
- Generate leads and support business development activities
- Build and maintain candidate and client pipelines
- Coordinate with candidates and clients throughout the hiring process
- Maintain recruitment and business development trackers using Excel
- Complete assigned targets within defined timelines
- Take ownership of assigned work and ensure timely execution
