Role Description As a Recruiting Intern at Weskill, you will support the end-to-end recruitment process for trainees and potential team members. On a day-to-day basis, you will assist with sourcing candidates, screening applications, coordinating interviews, and maintaining accurate candidate records. You will communicate with applicants, provide timely updates, and help ensure a positive recruitment experience.

The internship also includes collaborating with the training team to understand role requirements and participant profiles,



and contributing ideas to improve recruitment workflows. This is a remote internship role, offering flexibility and exposure to recruitment in an education-technology environment.

Qualifications

- Recruiting and Hiring skills to support candidate sourcing, screening, and selection.
- Interviewing and Communication skills to engage candidates and gather relevant information effectively.
- Interest or experience in Training and talent development to understand role requirements and learner profiles.
- Strong organizational and time-management abilities to handle multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
- Comfort with remote work tools and basic proficiency in office productivity software.
- Currently enrolled in or recently graduated from a degree program in Human Resources, Business, Psychology, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience).
- Demonstrated professionalism, attention to detail, and willingness to learn in a rapid-paced environment.
