Key Responsibilities

Sourcing & Recruitment

- Source candidates and trainers through job portals, LinkedIn, references and other channels
- Screen profiles, conduct initial calls and coordinate interviews
- Maintain the candidate database and ensure regular follow-ups
- Achieve daily and monthly recruitment targets

Client Sourcing

- Identify and connect with companies that have hiring or training requirements
- Source HR/TA contacts and generate recent client opportunities
- Understand client requirements and coordinate with the internal team
- Build and maintain relationships with companies for repeat business
- Follow up with prospects and support client onboarding
