Roles and Responsibilities :

- Source top talent for manufacturing roles through various channels such as job boards, social media, employee referrals, and networking events.

- Conduct initial screenings of resumes and cover letters to identify potential candidates who meet the requirements for the role.

- Coordinate with hiring managers to understand their needs and develop effective recruitment strategies to attract qualified candidates.

- Manage the entire recruitment process from sourcing to onboarding new hires.

Job Requirements :

- 3-6 years of experience in talent acquisition or a related field (manufacturing industry preferred).

- Robust understanding of the manufacturing sector's technical skills required for different roles.

- Proven track record in sourcing high-quality candidates through various channels (job boards, social media, etc.).

- Excellent communication skills with ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
