- Utilize HR knowledge and experience to effectively recruit candidates for various positions within the organization - Work closely with hiring managers to identify staffing needs and develop recruitment strategies - Utilize talent acquisition techniques to attract and retain top talent for the organization - Lead a team of recruiters to ensure successful recruitment processes and outcomes - Conduct interviews, reference checks, and assessments to determine candidate suitability - Collaborate with HR team to improve recruitment processes and systems - Handle all aspects of the recruitment process, from job posting to offer negotiation - Stay up-to-date on recruiting trends and best practices in order to improve recruitment effectiveness.
