Role Overview:

We are looking for a HR Recruiter to join our growing HR team and take ownership of end-to-end recruitment across retail and corporate functions.

The role is ideal for someone who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment, can manage multiple vacancies simultaneously, understands candidate engagement and is passionate about building strong teams.

You will work closely with hiring managers and the HR Manager to understand manpower requirements, source relevant talent, manage the recruitment pipeline and ensure timely closures.

Key Responsibilities

End-to-End Recruitment

- Manage the complete recruitment lifecycle from job requirement to candidate joining.
- Understand hiring requirements and create explicit candidate profiles in coordination with hiring managers.
- Source candidates through Naukri, LinkedIn, employee referrals, job portals, social media and other channels.
- Screen candidates based on experience, skills, compensation and role suitability.
- Conduct initial HR screening and coordinate further interview rounds.
- Schedule interviews and ensure timely follow-ups with candidates and hiring managers.
- Negotiate compensation and manage candidate expectations within approved budgets.
- Coordinate offer release,



documentation and joining formalities.
- Maintain regular follow-up with selected candidates until their date of joining.

Retail Hiring

- Drive high-volume hiring for Jewellery Consultants, Store Managers, Junior Jewellery Consultants and other retail positions.
- Build and maintain a strong candidate pipeline for current and upcoming stores.
- Support hiring for new store launches and ensure recruitment readiness as per business timelines.
- Maintain relationships with potential candidates for future requirements.
- Track joining ratios and identify reasons for offer dropouts and no-shows.

Corporate Hiring

- Support recruitment across HR, Finance, Marketing, Operations, Pre-Sales, Design and other HO functions.
- Work with functional managers to understand technical and behavioural requirements.
- Ensure candidates receive a professional and consistent recruitment experience.

Recruitment MIS & Process

- Maintain daily and weekly recruitment MIS covering:
- Open positions
- Candidates sourced
- Candidates screened
- Interviews scheduled
- Candidates shortlisted
- Offers released
- Offers accepted
- Joining status
- Position-wise closure timelines
- Track Time to Hire, offer-to-join ratio and recruitment funnel conversion.
- Maintain accurate candidate records and recruitment trackers.
- Continuously identify new sourcing channels and improve recruitment processes.

Candidate Experience & Employer Branding

- Ensure timely and professional communication with candidates throughout the hiring process.




- Represent Firefly’s culture, career opportunities and employee value proposition effectively.
- Support HR initiatives related to employer branding, recruitment campaigns and social media hiring content.
- Build a strong talent network for future hiring requirements.

Requirements
- 1–3 years of experience in recruitment or talent acquisition.
- Experience in end-to-end recruitment is preferred.
- Prior experience in retail, jewellery, fashion, luxury, consumer brands or high-growth startups will be an advantage.
- Strong sourcing skills through Naukri, LinkedIn, referrals and other recruitment channels.
- Good understanding of candidate screening and interview coordination.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to manage multiple positions and priorities simultaneously.
- Strong follow-up and negotiation skills.
- Comfortable working with recruitment MIS and Excel/Google Sheets.
- High ownership, urgency and attention to detail.
