Role Summary

Starzen is looking for a driven, data-backed Talent Sourcer to fuel our talent pipeline. In this role, you will partner directly with Recruiters and Hiring Managers to decode complex job profiles and uncover passive candidates. If you are an expert at writing precise Boolean strings, navigating LinkedIn Recruiter, and crafting outreach messages that candidates actually reply to, we want you on our team.

Key Responsibilities

- Talent Mapping & Sourcing: Design and execute advanced sourcing strategies using LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, social media, and deep-web Boolean searches.
- Resume Screening & Evaluation: Meticulously review CVs against technical and cultural benchmarks to ensure only high-quality profiles move forward.
- Passive Candidate Engagement: Write personalized, high-conversion outreach sequences to grab the attention of passive talent.
- Pipeline Management: Maintain an organized,



robust pipeline of qualified candidates for current and future hiring spikes.
- ATS Maintenance: Ensure 100% data integrity within our Applicant Tracking System (ATS) by updating candidate profiles, sourcing tags, and communication history.
- Market Intelligence: Research and share talent market insights, competitor hiring trends, and salary benchmarks with the wider recruiting team.

Technical & Role Requirements
- Experience: 1–4 years of dedicated experience as a Sourcing Specialist, CV Sourcer, or Recruiter in a fast-paced setting.
- Sourcing Mastery: Exceptional command of Boolean logic, X-ray searches, LinkedIn Recruiter, and alternative sourcing channels.
- Communication: Flawless written and spoken English, with a knack for writing compelling cold messages.
- Adaptability: Comfortable working a Sunday-Thursday schedule to align with regional or global stakeholders.
- Tech-Savvy: Previous experience managing candidates through modern ATS platforms (e.g., Greenhouse, Lever, Workday).
