Daily Responsibilities

- Welcome and greet patients, attendants and visitors courteously.

- Attend incoming calls and transfer calls to the concerned department/person.

- Provide accurate information regarding hospital services, departments, doctors, timings and facilities.

- Register new and returning patients as per hospital procedures.

- Assist patients with OPD registration and appointment scheduling.

- Coordinate with doctors and concerned departments regarding appointments.

- Guide patients and attendants to the appropriate department, counter or service area.

- Maintain proper records related to registration, appointments and enquiries.

- Handle patient enquiries professionally and escalate complaints to the concerned authority.

- Coordinate with billing and other departments when required for patient services.

- Ensure the reception counter is clean,



organized and presentable.

- Maintain confidentiality of patient and hospital information.

- Follow hospital policies, procedures and instructions.

- Ensure proper handover of pending work to the next shift.

Monthly Responsibilities

- Verify and maintain reception-related registers and records.

- Review pending enquiries, appointments and related follow-ups.

- Submit required reports to the Front Office In-Charge / Administration.

- Support the hospital in monitoring patient feedback and front-office service issues.

- Participate in departmental meetings and training programs.

Pay: ₹13,000.00 - ₹16,000.00 per month
