About the Role

We are hiring energetic, articulate, and persuasive Telesellers on behalf of a premier real estate firm in Noida. In this role, you will serve as the primary point of contact for prospective property buyers and investors, engaging potential clients over the phone, introducing high-end residential and commercial projects, and scheduling qualified site visits for the field sales team.

Key Responsibilities

- Conduct outbound calling campaigns to reach out to potential buyers and investors.

- Understand client requirements, qualify leads, and pitch suitable property options.

- Fix and confirm property viewings/site visits for the direct sales team.

- Track client interactions, follow-ups, and lead status accurately in the CRM system.





- Maintain high telephone etiquette and qualified standards on every call.

Key Requirements

- Experience: Freshers are welcome to apply. Prior exposure to telecalling, customer support, or telesales is an added advantage.

- Communication: Clear verbal communication in Hindi; basic understanding of English is preferred.

- Skills: Strong phone presence, persuasive pitching skills, and active listening.

- Mindset: Target-oriented, punctual, and resilient in handling regular outbound call volume.

Pay: ₹13,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
