Role Description The Real Estate Team Leader with Team (30k–60) at Brickfolio Pvt. Ltd. is a full-time, hybrid role based in Bengaluru South, with some flexibility for work-from-home. This role involves leading and managing a real estate team, overseeing daily brokerage operations, guiding team members in residential and commercial transactions, and ensuring high-quality client service.

The Team

Leader will set performance goals, monitor sales pipelines, provide coaching and training, and coordinate with management on strategic initiatives. Daily responsibilities include conducting client meetings, reviewing property portfolios, supporting negotiations,



and ensuring compliance with company processes and industry standards. The role also requires analyzing market trends, reporting team performance, and fostering a collaborative, high-performing culture.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess strong Communication skills, including the ability to explain complex real estate concepts clearly and build trust with diverse clients and team members.

- Candidates should possess Brokerage and Commercial Real Estate skills to manage transactions, understand market dynamics, and advise clients on investment and leasing opportunities.

- Candidates should possess Team Management and Team Leadership skills to motivate, mentor, and develop a growing team while driving results and maintaining accountability.

- Candidates should have proven experience in residential or commercial real estate, preferably in a client-facing and team-focused capacity.

- Candidates should demonstrate robust negotiation, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities, with a structured approach to meeting targets.

- Candidates should be comfortable working in a hybrid environment in Bengaluru South, with proficiency in basic digital tools and CRM or real estate software.

- A bachelor’s degree in business, management, real estate, or a related field is preferred; relevant certifications in real estate or brokerage are an advantage.
