Team Leader – Real Estate Sales

We are looking for an experienced Real Estate Team Leader to lead and manage our sales team and drive monthly business targets.

Key Responsibilities

- Lead, guide, and motivate the sales team.
- Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.
- Generate leads and manage customer follow-ups.
- Coordinate site visits and support the team in closing deals.
- Monitor team performance and prepare sales reports.
- Train new team members and improve sales performance.
- Maintain good customer relationships.

Requirements
- 2+ years of experience in Real Estate Sales / Team Handling.
- Strong communication and negotiation skills.
- Good leadership and team-management skills.
- Target-oriented and self-motivated.
- Chennai real estate market knowledge is preferred.

Salary & Advantages ₹30,000 – ₹40,000 per mo

Pay: From ₹35,000.00 per month
