We are looking for dedicated Real Estate Sales professionals to join our sales team in Baner, Pune. In this role, you will be responsible for managing client inquiries, conducting property visits, matching buyer requirements with suitable residential/commercial options, and closing sales transactions.

Key Responsibilities

- Connect with potential home buyers and investors to understand their specific real estate requirements.

- Plan and conduct site visits and property tours for prospective clients across Pune.

- Present property features, project details, pricing structures, and location advantages effectively.

- Follow up regularly with generated leads and manage client relationships throughout the sales journey.

- Negotiate property terms and coordinate between buyers and developers to close deals successfully.





- Maintain accurate records of site visits, client feedback, and sales pipeline progress.

Qualifications & Requirements

- Experience: Minimum 6 months of mandatory experience in real estate sales or property advisory.

- Education: Graduate.

- Positive understanding of the local real estate market in Pune.

- Strong communication, active listening, and deal-closing skills.

- Must own a two-wheeler vehicle for client site visits.
