About the Role:

We are seeking a driven, client-focused Sales Executive to join our client's real estate team. In this role, you will connect high-net-worth individuals with premium residential and commercial properties, guiding clients through every stage of the buying and leasing process.

Key Responsibilities:

- Prospect, qualify, and convert leads into active property buyers and investors.

- Conduct professional property viewings and deliver high-touch walkthroughs.

- Build and maintain a solid pipeline of luxury real estate listings and buyers.

- Negotiate property deals and close contracts in alignment with company standards.

- Deliver exceptional end-to-end client service to foster long-term relationships and referrals.

Key Requirements:

- 1 years of minimum proven sales experience real estate preferred.

- Strong negotiation, interpersonal, and presentation skills.

- Target-driven mindset with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales goals.

- Skilled demeanor suited for luxury clientele.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
