looking for an experienced Real Estate Sales Executive who already understands the Noida / Greater Noida real estate market and can independently handle clients from lead generation to closure.

The candidate should have hands-on experience in calling, client qualification, property presentations, site visits, follow-ups, negotiations and closing

- 1–4 years of proven experience in real estate sales.
- Must have working knowledge of the Noida real estate market.
- Experience with Noida / Greater Noida / YEIDA projects will be preferred.
- Solid communication and client-handling skills.
- Confident in making sales calls and conducting client meetings.
- Good negotiation and closing ability.
- Strong follow-up discipline.
- Target-oriented and self-motivated.
- Comfortable with site visits and field meetings.
- Should be able to work independently and take ownership of assigned clients.

Salary will be based on experience, market knowledge and proven sales performance.
