About the Role

We are looking for experienced and result-oriented sales professionals to drive sales for a premium real estate development along the Yamuna Expressway. The ideal candidate should have a strong background in luxury residential sales, including high-end apartments, villas, or large-scale residential developments, along with proven expertise in revenue generation, customer relationship management, and sales team leadership.

Key Responsibilities

- Drive sales for luxury apartments, villas, and integrated townships.
- Develop sales strategies to achieve revenue and booking targets.
- Lead sales teams and manage HNI clients, investors, and channel partners.
- Handle end-to-end sales,



from lead generation and site visits to negotiations and closures.
- Build strong broker and channel partner networks.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and pricing strategies.
- Manage sales pipelines, forecasting, and performance reporting.
- Ensure excellent customer engagement and buying experience.

Mandatory Requirements

- Preferred experience in luxury residential sales (premium flats, apartments, or villas).
- Commercial real estate sales experience may also be considered.
- For plotted developments, experience in selling own organization's projects is mandatory.
- Exposure to 40–50-acre residential land projects is preferred.
- Strong understanding of Noida, Greater Noida, and Yamuna Expressway markets.
- Proven sales achievements, team management, and channel partner handling experience.
- Solid negotiation, communication, and client relationship skills.
- Must be comfortable working at Yamuna Expressway / Greater Noida.
