HR Head – Key Responsibilities

- Hiring &
- Talent Management

- Plan manpower requirements.

- Lead recruitment and selection.

- Ensure proper onboarding and induction.

- Build a strong talent pipeline and retain key employees.

- Policy Making &

- HR Systems

- Develop and implement HR policies, SOPs and processes.

- Ensure compliance with labour laws and company requirements.

- Establish clear systems for attendance, leave, appraisal, salary, discipline, KRA/KPI and employee lifecycle.

- Regularly review and improve HR policies.

- Culture &

- Employee Engagement, KRA &
- KPI &
- PMS

- Develop a positive and professional workplace culture.

- Improve employee engagement, communication and teamwork.

- Handle employee grievances and workplace conflicts.





- Promote discipline, accountability, ethics and company values.

- Plan employee engagement activities and recognition programs.

- Define and manage KRA &

- KPI frameworks across departments

- Develop and implement PMS and performance appraisal systems

- Track employee performance against defined KPIs

- Support performance reviews, increments, promotions and rewards

- Align employee goals with organizational objectives

Pay: ₹60,000.00 - ₹80,000.00 per year
