We are seeking high-performing Closing Managers for luxury residential real estate projects.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and close high-value transactions with Ultra HNI clientele
- Handle exclusive site visits and personalized client engagements
- Build strong relationships with premium buyers and channel partners
- Drive negotiations and ensure smooth deal closures
- Maintain accurate client data and sales reporting
Ideal Candidate Profile:
- Minimum 1+ years of proven closing experience in real estate project. Residentail (Navi Mumbai) Real Estate Closers will be preferred.
- Should be graduate.
- Reliable career track record with reputed organizations
- Strong communication, negotiation, and client-handling skills
- Highly driven, process-oriented, and capable of handling end-to-end closures independently
