About the Role

We are looking for a highly skilled React Native Developer with expertise in building and maintaining cross-platform mobile applications for Android and iOS using a single codebase. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in real-time data via sockets, geolocation, Firebase, dynamic routing, Redux, payment gateways, and delivering production-ready live apps with scalable architecture. The candidate must be capable of working independently, writing clean and easily readable code, maintaining proper documentation, and having strong JavaScript fundamentals.

Key Responsibilities

- Develop and maintain high-quality mobile applications using React Native for Android and iOS.
- Integrate real-time data streaming and socket-based communication.
- Implement geolocation services, Firebase integration, and dynamic routing.
- Build dynamic, API-driven UI screens with smooth user experience.
- Work with payment gateway integration for secure transactions.
- Collaborate with backend developers, product managers, and designers to deliver scalable solutions.
- Optimize app performance, handle app store releases, and debug production issues.
- Develop and integrate custom native modules when required.
- Implement best practices for state management (Redux/Zustand/MobX), reusable components, and app architecture.
- Ensure seamless deployment and maintenance of production apps.
- Write clean, maintainable, and well-documented code.
- Work independently on projects and deliver tasks on time.

Required Skills & Experience

- Robust understanding of JavaScript concepts, including:
- ES6+ features (let/const,



arrow functions, template literals, classes, destructuring)
- Async programming (Promises, async/await)
- Closures, scope, and context
- Array & object manipulation (map, filter, reduce, spread/rest operators)

- Modules and imports/exports
- Functional programming concepts and pure functions
- Experience in real-time data fetching (WebSockets, Socket.IO, MQTT, or similar).
- Implement and manage React Native navigation (stack, tabs, drawer, deep linking).
- Strong expertise with Redux for state management.
- Knowledge of RESTful APIs for dynamic content.
- Hands-on with geolocation, Firebase services (Auth, Firestore, FCM, Analytics), and dynamic routing.
- Practical experience with payment gateway integration (Razorpay, Stripe, Paytm, etc.).
- Proven track record in publishing and maintaining production apps on Play Store and App Store.
- Experience in creating and maintaining custom native modules (Android/iOS).
- Strong debugging and performance optimization skills.
- Ability to work independently, write clean, readable code, and maintain documentation.
- Performance Monitoring & Analytics: Implement performance monitoring and analytics to continuously improve app user experience.

Good to Have

- Experience with Push Notifications, Deep Linking, Firebase Crashlytics, Payment Gateway.
- Understanding of app security and data privacy best practices.
- Strong debugging and troubleshooting skills for complex production issues.
- Awareness of accessibility best practices and responsive design considerations.
- Knowledge of animations and UI performance optimization for smooth app experiences.
- Familiarity with custom native modules for Android/iOS.
