About The Role

Maxonic Inc. is currently seeking a highly skilled React UI Engineer to join a dynamic team supporting our client’s innovative projects. This is a contract position that offers the flexibility of remote work. The ideal candidate will possess a strong passion for front-end development, with extensive experience in React.js and modern web technologies.

The role involves designing, developing, and maintaining responsive web applications that deliver exceptional user experiences. You will work closely with cross-functional teams including design, engineering, QA, cybersecurity, and data analytics to reimagine how data is utilized internally and externally. Your expertise will directly contribute to enhancing product functionality, scalability, and security, ultimately impacting clinicians and healthcare providers positively.

Qualifications The ideal candidate should possess a bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience in computer science, software engineering, or related fields. A minimum of six years of experience in developing responsive React applications is required,



with at least four years dedicated to building React component libraries used across multiple teams. Proficiency in JavaScript (ES6+), TypeScript, JSX, HTML, Sass/SCSS, and styled-components is essential.

Candidates should demonstrate familiarity with modern web development tools and frameworks such as Redux, Node.js, webpack, npm, Babel, and Gulp.

Experience in testing frameworks like Jest, Enzyme, or React Testing Library, along with a solid understanding of React.js core principles, is mandatory. Strong CSS skills for creating responsive designs across various browsers and devices are necessary.

Experience working with version control systems such as Git or Bitbucket, and knowledge of rendering 3D models using glTF or glb formats, are considered advantageous. Excellent technical documentation skills and the ability to work in a collaborative environment are also important.

- Create optimal, scalable, and reliable user interface components adhering to architectural standards.
- Prioritize user experience by making informed design and coding decisions that enhance usability and performance.
- Participate in code reviews, provide constructive feedback, and ensure compliance with development standards and security protocols.
- Implement and uphold software reliability engineering standards throughout the development lifecycle.




- Stay abreast of emerging technologies and contribute to the adoption of innovative solutions that support the organization’s digital transformation goals.
- Collaborate effectively with multidisciplinary teams, including design, engineering, QA, and data analytics, to deliver seamless and efficient solutions.
- Anticipate potential project blockers or delays, communicate proactively, and adjust priorities accordingly for incremental delivery.
- Develop comprehensive technical documentation to facilitate ongoing maintenance and knowledge sharing.
