We are looking for an R&D; Executive with hands-on experience in nutraceutical, herbal, Ayurvedic-inspired, or wellness products. The candidate should be able to execute existing formulations, develop new compositions, and ensure formulations and documentation align with applicable FSSAI requirements.

Key Responsibilities

- Prepare and execute batches as per approved formulations and compositions.
- Develop new formulations based on market requirements, trends, and consumer needs.
- Work with honey, herbs, extracts, nutraceutical ingredients, powders, and functional ingredients.
- Develop compositions while ensuring compliance with applicable FSSAI standards and regulations.
- Maintain and update formulation, batch, ingredient, and R&D; documentation as required.
- Prepare and maintain documents related to product specifications, formulations, trials, and batch processes.
- Conduct trials and coordinate with Production and QC for successful batch execution.
- Ensure consistency, quality, and commercial feasibility of formulations.




- Support current product development from concept to final formulation.
- Stay updated with relevant FSSAI requirements for nutraceutical and food products.

Requirements
- Minimum 1 year of experience in R&D;/formulation.
- Degree/Diploma in Food Technology, Biotechnology, Chemistry, or related field.
- Experience in Nutraceutical, Ayurvedic, Herbal, Food, or Wellness products preferred.
- Practical knowledge of FSSAI guidelines and formulation compliance.
- Good understanding of ingredients, formulation, and batch processing.
- Strong documentation and analytical skills.
- Should be dedicated, responsible, detail-oriented, and hands-on.
